Walton Enterprises is seeking a skilled, highly motivated, and service-oriented individual to join our Insurance and Risk Management team as an Account Coordinator.

About the Position
In this role, you will provide vital administrative and operational support, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day functions, support client service needs, and manage essential office and insurance processes.

What you will do
Responsibilities
- Support the daily servicing of insurance accounts, assisting Risk Managers with internal and external client needs.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, insurance carriers, and brokers.
- Maintain internal insurance and risk management records and ensure documents are updated in the agency management system.
- Prepare and organize proposal documents and reports for policy renewals, audits, and other insurance activities.
- Allocate and process insurance invoices, premiums, and adjustments per entity, location, or asset type.
- Provide insurance accounting support and collaborate with accounting departments, brokers, and carriers.
- Monitor insurance policy expirations and maintain accurate records of renewals, endorsements, and policy updates.
- Manage departmental mail and correspondence related to insurance and risk matters.
- Perform other insurance support and administrative duties as needed.
- Assist with all office operations, guest and travel scheduling, and maintaining a welcoming office environment.
- Manage office logistics such as purchasing supplies, conference rooms, and handling shipping and mail coordination.
- Coordinate vendor services and internal scheduling for insurance-related needs.
- Maintain accurate databases for vendor contacts and insurance.
Who we are looking for
Qualifications required for your success\
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or operations support roles.
- Willingness to pursue a Property & Casualty insurance license within 12–24 months of hire.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to support local errands or supply pickups.
- Ability to lift and transport light-to-moderate loads.

Benefits Information
Compensation Range : $63,000-$75,000
Benefits Information: We offer a comprehensive and generous benefits package which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k)-retirement plan and paid time off.
