Qualifications required for your success
- Minimum of fifteen years of experience, including progressively responsible management experience, specifically in law enforcement, national security, homeland security, corporate security, intelligence, and security program/project management.
- Significant familiarity and experience with security, law enforcement, and threat trends.
- Effective leadership and management skills. Able to bring out the best in others. Able to build and manage a distributed team across time zones. Ability to prioritize and focus.
- Exemplary ability to communicate with executives, principals, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational communication, program management, and project management skills.
- Strong mentoring, coaching experience with stakeholders that have varying levels of security knowledge and experience.
- Experience building security programs and managing budgets in family offices and/or the private sector.
- Experience developing business strategies and advocating for security needs to non-security stakeholders.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally, if necessary, to support security programs for our family members, family entities, WFF, and WEI.
Additional Helpful Experience Includes
- Security experience working in a Family Office.
- Knowledge of security standards, best practices and general knowledge.
- ASIS International Certified Protection Professional.
