Who we are looking for
Qualifications required for your success:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- Paralegal Certification preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a sophisticated trust and estates law firm practice
- Highly proficient in O365, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and SharePoint
- Excellent communication skills, presence, poise, and ability to develop close, collaborative relationships with internal and external colleagues
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Collaborative and impeccably trustworthy, and able to keep highly sensitive information completely confidential
- Able to independently structure and manage workflow and priorities
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment

- Exhibits knowledge of fiduciary duties and applicable laws, including trust law, estate planning techniques and prudent investment principles
